For sale a nice example of a sabre with a singular looking guard. This Austrian sabre was issued to grenadier troops, and was made in 1857 by E.S. Jung.
It’s a fairly light sabre, but with probably one of the most impressively curved stirrup hilts. The blade was service sharpened, and the hilt is tight. The blade and hilt have some stable corrosion, which could clean off nicely. A good restoration project
