A nice example of this iconic sabre in great overall shape. The blade has some traces of surface pitting, which gives it patina and character. It was service sharpened. The grip is very solid, with no rattle.
The sword was made by Osborn and marked to the Ayrshire Yeomanry Cavalry in Scotland.
